Margaret Murphy

Margaret Murphy

As the CEO, Margaret Murphy leads the corporate strategy and development at NYSS – bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and the recruiting industry to her leadership of the company. Margaret’s vision for NYSS is bigger than just HR or talent. She is revolutionizing the entire process by changing how companies and talent connect.

She realizes when you are finding people to work with other people – algorithms and tracking systems don’t solve the problems, they create them.

She has worked with some of the US’s leading companies and organizations to transform their internal processes and deliver superior outcomes; improving corporate self-assessment, quality of hiring and retention while reducing time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and organizational risk. She sits on the board of the Brooklyn Technical Alumni Foundation. Her passion is assisting current and future students by providing guidance and an understanding of an ever-changing job market.

Chloe Matos

Chloe Matos

Chloe Matos is the National Account Manager at NYSS. She began her career with NYSS and has held several key roles as the firm has grown. From streamlining hiring processes, implementing RPO models and partnering on long term development plans, clients and executives alike greatly appreciate her personable and supportive nature.

She has partnered with leading organizations to examine, design and implement effective internal talent procedures and recruitment standards. These solutions span diverse industry sectors and incorporate the sourcing, assessment and selection of candidates for all levels of the corporate structure.

Chloe is an expert in her field, as she has developed many of the issue-targeted solutions and protocols for precise client needs. She also assists in the creation of NY Staff Search’s marketing materials, including spearheading the design and creation of our website.

Jenifer McIntosh

Jenifer McIntosh

Jenifer McIntosh serves as the West Coast Director and General Counsel for NYSS, bringing both large firm and boutique expertise. In addition to her caretaking role as Corporate Counsel, Jenifer also specializes in driving customized executive recruitment strategies for complex roles in several industries, including technology, media, and legal.

Prior to joining NYSS, Jenifer spent over six years as an Intellectual Property litigator and licensing attorney in New York. After a few years off for motherhood, Jenifer began her journey back into the workforce, first teaching yoga and coaching CrossFit.

In her role as Executive recruiter, Jenifer’s appreciation for the diversity of people influences her careful attention to detail with both clients and candidates alike. Focusing on client goals, effective strategies and the community of today’s workplace, Jenifer seeks to merge the worlds of job-satisfaction and corporate profitability, pioneering the processes and methods of NYSS for forward-thinking clients.

Vanessa Tripoli

Vanessa Tripoli

Vanessa is a Senior Recruiter at NYSS. She joined the firm in the spring of 2016 with a perfect skill set for our growing firm. She is based in Columbia, South Carolina and leads the firm’s recruitment team. Her attention to detail and unequaled time-management abilities has made her a invaluable partner to RPO and Executive Search leads.

Her unique style not only fits the NYSS mentality of high quality, exact-positioning recruiting, but also provides her candidates and clients with an unparalleled degree of service. Vanessa acts as a strategic partner with clients, working to build long-term relationships with both companies and candidates alike to maximize fit and minimize on-boarding challenges.

Vanessa received her degree in Social Work from Molloy College in New York in 2015 while working and interning at Mercy Medical Center and FEGS Health and Human Services. Vanessa volunteered at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island as a mentor.

Elizabeth Mardakhayeva

Elizabeth Mardakhayeva

Margaret, our CEO, believes Elizabeth Mardakhayeva will one day soon be President of the United States. As of now, she is the Senior Recruiter as well as Assistant Accounts Manager for NYSS. She is driven, hardworking and well educated, abilities that have allowed her to look prospectively and anticipate problems before they occur.

Elizabeth first assisted in accounting and office management at NYSS. As projects came up, she took them on, including training staff on various IT platforms and creation of a new NYSS website. As her organizational skills became evident, she soon began taking on distinct recruiting projects independently, creating unique outlets and systems for pipelining talent.

In addition to her accomplishments with NYSS, Elizabeth graduated with honors from Brooklyn Technical High School and Adelphi University and now volunteers her time at a number of dental offices in preparation for her studies at NYU College of Dentistry. She is also fluent in Farsi, Russian and some Spanish.

Nadine Kela-Murphy

Nadine Kela-Murphy

Nadine Kela-Murphy serves as the NYSS Organizational Consultant and is responsible for strategic calculation, assessment and implementation of NYSS’s growing business agenda. Nadine serves not only as the numbers and deliverables operative for NYSS, but she also is the NYSS team guidance counselor, providing insight and a clear perspective of the company goals.

She is responsible for enhancing the corporate culture, as NYSS ramps up for significant anticipated growth in Tech, Media and Healthcare markets. With several years in Corporate Optimization and Research, Nadine brings expertise in resource engagement, performance enhancement, reward and recognition and organizational and professional development.

Nadine is a graduate of Haute Ecole Leonard De Vinci in Belgium. She holds a MPH from CUNY School of Public Health. Nadine volunteers her time at the New York French American Charter School and the Jackson Heights Green Alliance, where she advocates for the expansion of public park space in Queens County.
