She has worked with some of the US’s leading companies and organizations to transform their internal processes and deliver superior outcomes; improving corporate self-assessment, quality of hiring and retention while reducing time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and organizational risk. She sits on the board of the Brooklyn Technical Alumni Foundation. Her passion is assisting current and future students by providing guidance and an understanding of an ever-changing job market.
