  • Evaluation

    Here at NYSS, we work closely with a client’s team to understand and assess their current processes and issues. This initial step allows us to establish and uphold strong communication between employees and administration through the entire project. We meet with key stakeholders in an effort to build trust and collaboration.

  • Organization

    Once the client’s goals are outlined, NYSS gets hands-on by strategizing and organizing the set goals for each division in the present as well as the future. By using succession planning, process maps, performance indicators, and progress reports, we ensure improvement. We outline a plan and move towards implementation.

  • Implement

    The implementation plan is carefully monitored by constant communication through calls and in-person meetings. Our team is onsite, as facilitators provide guidance to key stakeholders throughout the process. New and updated processes are efficiently applied so that there is a transition without interrupting the workplace for every individual involved.
